1 Services Provided

Desk2Quant provides the following services:

• One-on-one mentorship sessions for quant finance
• Interview preparation and career guidance
• Digital products including study materials and code resources
• Technical consulting on derivatives, XVA, and quantitative methods

2 Booking and Payment

• All sessions must be booked through our website
• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Payment accepted via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking)
• Session details and private session link sent via email after payment

3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for refund
• No-shows without notice are not eligible for refund
• Contact us via email for rescheduling requests

4 Digital Products

• All digital products are for personal use only
• Sharing, redistributing, or reselling is prohibited
• Download links are valid for 30 days from purchase
• Products are non-refundable once downloaded

5 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Desk2Quant are protected by copyright. Materials provided during sessions or as part of digital products are for the purchasing customer's personal use only.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desk2Quant and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our mentorship sessions, digital products, or website — including, but not limited to, loss of income, missed job opportunities, or reliance on any advice, template, or material provided.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchased session or product is limited to the amount you paid for that specific session or product.

8 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will first be addressed informally by emailing us; if unresolved, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

9 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
